MS: Get Your Head Around It!

After decades of working with people with Multiple Sclerosis, Dr Sally Shaw, a PwMS and a psychologist, created MS: Get Your Head Around It! – a program specifically designed to improve the lives of those living with Multiple Sclerosis.

Living with MS is such a different experience for everyone, and yet we all share a common experience of uncertainty. MS: Get Your Head Around It! has been designed to bring together the best psychological approaches to living well with MS across several domains; self identity, self management, communication, and stress management.

This 4 week online course incorporating video, animation, and workbook content is ready for you to complete. Each module will offer you an opportunity to think about living with MS in your life differently, develop strategies to best manage your disease, and build your resilience so that you can cope with anything that life throws at you (MS related or not!).

The cost of the course is only $197, which includes the 4 online modules (over 3 hours of content) for less than the cost of a single session of psychology.
